Contacting Support
Start at nyquest.ai/support. You can use that page without signing in, including when your account is locked or inaccessible.
| What you need | Where to go |
|---|---|
| Sign-in trouble, technical help, or a general question | hello@nyquest.ai |
| Live help while signed in with Pro | Live support |
| Privacy questions, account closure, or a refund before deleting an account | legal@nyquest.ai |
| General community discussion | The public Discord linked on the support page |
Both hello@nyquest.ai and legal@nyquest.ai are published Nyquest contact addresses. Verify unexpected messages through the support page. We never need your password, full API key, or full card number.
Live support
Pro users can open More → Help → Live support. This connects an in-app conversation to a human operator through our support system. If nobody is available, email hello@nyquest.ai with a brief description and the time the issue occurred. Live support is not a promise of round-the-clock staffing or an immediate response.
The public Discord is a community channel. For account, billing, or private content questions, use email or authenticated live support instead of posting details publicly.
What to include
- Your account email, if relevant.
- What you expected and what happened.
- The approximate time, model, browser, and device.
- A request ID or video job ID when one was returned.
- A screenshot with credentials and private content removed, if it helps explain the issue.
If a generation has an unknown outcome or settlement is pending, check Usage or the existing job before submitting it again. See Errors and recovery.
Refunds and account closure
Read Refunds and Disputes. Resolve an unspent balance before deleting your account; account deletion is not a refund request.
