Try Nyquest Without an Account

You don't need to sign up to try Nyquest. Two anonymous paths exist — free chat, and anonymous BYOK for full model access.

Anonymous free chat

Open app.nyquest.ai and start typing. Anonymous messages are served through Free Mode: a self-healing chain of genuinely free models, at $0, no card, no email.

What you get: real streaming chat with capable models. What you don't: model choice, conversation history across devices, memory, projects, and the rest of the account-backed feature set.

Anonymous BYOK: your key, no account

If you already have an API key (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), you can chat with that provider's models anonymously:

1. On the chat screen, open the BYOK option
2. Pick your provider and paste your key
3. Click Test connection — Nyquest probes the key against your provider and confirms it works before you send anything
4. Chat normally; your provider bills you directly, Nyquest charges nothing

Where your key lives

Your key is never persisted on Nyquest's servers. It travels with each request in headers, is used to call your provider, and is gone when the request finishes. It is not written to the database, not logged (credential headers are stripped from server logs), and not recoverable by anyone — including us. Close the tab and it's forgotten.

This is a deliberate trade-off: maximal privacy, but you'll re-enter the key next session. If you'd rather have it stored (encrypted at rest) and usable across devices, sign up and use regular BYOK.
