Sign Up

Creating an account takes about a minute. You can sign up with email/password or Google OAuth.

Option 1 — Email + password

  1. Go to app.nyquest.ai/signup
  2. Enter your email and a strong password (12+ chars recommended)
  3. Click Create account
  4. You're signed in. The dashboard loads.

No email verification step. We trust you put in a real email if you want password recovery to work.

Option 2 — Google OAuth

  1. On the sign-up page, click Continue with Google
  2. Pick the Google account you want to associate
  3. You're redirected back, signed in, dashboard loads

If you already have a password account on the same email, the OAuth sign-in will link to it automatically — no duplicate accounts. You can sign in with either method afterward.

What happens after sign-up

  • You get a wallet starting at $0. No money is charged until you fund it.
  • You're shown the welcome tour — a 4-step intro you can skip if you've used the platform before.
  • You're put into the Nyquest chassis by default. You can switch any time from the palette button in the top bar.

There's no Pro plan to subscribe to. Your first successful wallet funding marks you Pro, whatever the amount (the minimum top-up is $5). Pro means a higher chat rate limit (120/min vs 20/min) and access to Splicer, which the free tier can't open.

Privacy

  • Email + password (hashed bcrypt) stored in our Postgres
  • BYOK API keys are encrypted at rest
  • Conversations are stored so you can search them; you can delete any conversation at any time
  • No conversation training. Nyquest does not train models on your prompts. The providers processing requests have their own data-use terms; review the privacy policy.

Trouble signing in later?

  • Forgot password: click Forgot password? on the sign-in page → enter email → check inbox for reset link
  • Locked out / link expired: talk to a real human
